Our 9 to 5 blend is composed of different Arabica varieties from Santa Hedwirges in Minais Gerais, Brazil. In 2024, we partnered with Hugo Brito, the fourth generation to run Santa Hedwirges. The Brito family’s innovative approach is reflected in their advanced processing centers, which ensure consistent quality across 1200 hectares. With varieties like Catuai, Mundo Novo, and Arara, Hugo’s meticulous care, including a nursery for 300,000 trees, results in coffees of remarkable character. Our collaboration with Hugo showcases his commitment to tradition and quality innovation..
